Geeta Bhavan Villa

Our stay at Geeta Bhawan with my friends was absolutely fantastic! The villa was spacious and beautifully decorated, making it the perfect backdrop for our group getaway. We loved the private pool and outdoor lounge area where we spent countless hours relaxing and enjoying each other's company. The kitchen was fully equipped and the location was ideal, offering both tranquility and easy access. Our group had a blast, and we're already planning our next visit!

Overall experience was good. I will list out the pros and cons of this place below. I hope the owners also make note of it and do the needful. 1. If you are travelling by your own car then they have parking inside the compound. You can't get Ola or Uber from this location, auto rickshaws are available and even the care takers can call one for you. This location is fairly 3.6 km from Karjat station if you are coming by train. The auto will charge you 150 rupees for the ride. You will get auto just outside Karjat station. 2. I don't think anyone would have to worry about safety of any kind around here. There is resort and other villas around the area. 3. This villa has a huge hall with four sofa setup and a lined up bed system next to the hall. It has a whopping 85 inch smart TV in the hall with speaker system. It has amazon prime subscription. They also have sensor party lights and laser lights in the hall, in case you decide to dance all night and have a good time. There is a huge hall adjacent to the kitchen. It has the following indoor games available in the hall. A. Table Tennis - There isn't enough space to move around and play serious TT, if you know how to play the game. The TT bats were a bit worn out but in playing condition. If you are planning to play TT here, consider getting TT balls with you. B. Pool Table - They have pool table here. It is in a very bad condition. The felt is worn out and used up to the max. Enough people have used the table in a very wrong way which has lead to the demise of the table. All the balls are chipped. They have 3 sticks with it. Again, if you are not a serious snooker player then you can have fun with this table too. I don't expect the owners to do anything about it. It is a costly affair to maintain these things and I had a hard time keeping all the kids away from the table. C. They have a carrom board which is in good condition and it has a top light as well. 4. The kitchen is huge. It has 2 refrigerators. They have water purifier installed. They have toaster. The kitchen is sorted in all ways. 5. They have an electric barbeque grill. This is next to the swimming pool area. They have a separate hall for lunch/ dinner which also comes with a small kitchen, water purifier. Non-veg is not allowed inside the villa, so if you are planning to watch a movie with some chicken legs, that is not going to happen. 6. They have a well maintained clean swimming pool. It is an average size pool with a small boxed railing area with 2 feet water level for small kids. Please note there are no safety railings next to the swimming pool. So if you are coming here with kids, make sure to supervise them at all times. The pool is shallow at one end. 7. There is a HUGE green grass area. It is very huge, you can play all sorts of games there. There is a net installed for playing volleyball, badminton etc. You might want to get your own volleyball, football, racket etc. You can get table and chairs in the grass area, this is an amazing place to bask in the sunlight, drink some chilled beer and smoke and have conversations. 8. There are three rooms in this villa. One of the room is big and other two is moderate size. There are air conditioners installed across the entire villa even in hall. One of the rooms are upstairs. Toilet and bathroom are clean and well maintained. You get hot water and everything. 9. You have to pre-order food with the villa. Food was good and tasty. No problems whatsoever. 10. Caretakers are amazing. You don't need to take their phone number, you will find them readily available all the time. Polite, helpful and always talk with a smile on their face. 11. Night time gets really beautiful with all the fog especially near the grass patch area. Ideal time to open up that premium whiskey.

Villa is perfect spacious care takers , those caretaker boys are lovely very friendly.The lady who handles the villa is very rude. even before booking also she was same very brutal.her verbal is not good . Doesn’t know how to treat clients.I didnt like is they don’t let you in If u don’t pay full payment including food. we had already paid advance and said it’s not possible for us to pay right now we ll transfer rest after checking in the villa.That women was so rude to us she made us stand outside for around half an hr till we didn’t transfer her money. Their were elderly people and kids with us who were waiting outside. She was not opening the gate. How can u behave such a way with your clients atleast let us enter the gate madam. She was not listening and arguing on phone. We do visit 5 star as well and have visited many good villas in Karjat we never ever got such treatment. She also takes lot of commission on food and refused to give proper gst bill.she orders food from nearby dhaba outside for guests and takes commission on that. 100 rs for chai just imagine.They also don’t provide towels . Geyser was not working. Jacuzzi is also not in proper condition.camera is every where , even at pool side there is camera,no privacy at all. Their is also sound camera in living room . Rules are very strict even the kitchen access is paid.
